Born stupids for me are prople who never understand form the downfalls they have seen in life.
My mom used to tell me that theree are three kind of people in this world, 1. those who lean from the mistak eof otrhers, 2nd type: those who learn form their own mistakes and the worst the 3rd one who never learn;
I consider myslef in trhe 2nd cetegory, but rt now I am dealing with people of the 3rd kind..... the social manners are stoping me from calling the worst kind, the ones who never learn.

There i sa lady in my team. me being a Assistant manager of a team have tp deal with her, her problem is that she ha sproblem with everything in life, her personoal life is more ba dthen worst, and she is making professional life equally bad rt. now, she has problem with all the regulations of professional life, she ,,,,I hope some time soon she understands that she is teh one who has to understand not others all th etime , always who woudl be understanding her point of view, and that point of view which does not really exsists.

Sad for her... she is being used as a pawn , rt now she has no much problems with me, but with my manager, but I know soon sheowuld be having problems with me as well, ,,,,, reason:; that I want results and deci[plie in life, but for her decipline means going back to school days,,,, and Honesltly speaking, life withoutr dicipline is no life,, it is just lif eby chance, but in professional life, we can not trake the risk of living by chance, the company pays us for a determines result, we are being paid as meuch we had bargained for, and now when it come sthe time for us to pay back in terms of efforts and hardship, we are backing out, I woudl consider as a backstabbing, or dishonest... for me there are no other meanings for this kind of attitude. hopefully she woudl undertsnad, or else we would have to find reasons and means to eliminate of our payroll, beacuse we are right now trying our hard to mak eher understand the worth of her job, but seem slike she is not going to understand, se wants to complain to HR about our manger peeking i in er Computer,, and not maintaining good enough distance,, whcih accoring to me is really a fals eaccuastion also she is prompingt atleats 3 more people to revolt.
The world revolt is very strong world, but this is what she is and she has been doing.
we have tried to give her more responsibility , bringing her more to management, but she seems to on a suicide mession.

 the reason I am saying this is becasue, If my mnager goes away , I woudl be the manager and I am not as silly as my manager, I am going to do away with her. And this particular hit ,,,,,,,, show woudl never forget in her life.
At the same time I pray to god to give me more strenght to think rationally.....

lekin aksar ishq ka dam bharne waale bhool jaate hai ki isaq me kab kisne kuch paya hai, yeh ek alag hi khel hai dostoon,
jisme sab haarne wale ne hi sada vijeta ka khitab paaya hai.

Corruption

Corruption is a general concept describing any organized, interdependent system in which part of the system is either not performing duties it was originally intended to, or performing them in an improper way, to the detriment of the system's original purpose.
The country where I was born is infested by this very problem of corruption.
The very basic reason is the majority religion of this country, Hindu.
We go to temple and offer some sweet, flowers, etc and in return ask for the favors from the god.
It is very much there in other religions also, but there it is prevailing more in the form of prayer, the more we prayer more happy the god will be from us.
What many people in this world do is they keep uttering the name of their god from their lips and at the very same moment they keep doing the wrongs, the basic wrongs of humanity ,
whatever one may say, my country is ofcorse on the path of development, yet we must admit its advancing on the path of corruption also, its just that we have stopped acknowledging it as corruption, it has now become way of life.
The Auto-rickshaw Union would extract more money from the pocket of customer and their logic behind this crime is very simple, since everyone else is doing it thats why we also got to do it.
Police man will do it coz his salary is not high, but then does that mean he is going to extract extra money from my pocket, should he not ask the govt. to raise his salary?
govt doctor has to practice in private coz he will not earn as much which his peers in pvt sector are earning, but then should he not resign from govt job before opening up his own practice.

I wish there at least one single dept. which was corruption free.
We can spill tons of ink writing about the great Indian Corruption saga, but it will not chnage much, b'coz the society as a whole is itself corrupt, we all here in India are persuing the case of corruption , somewhere the majority people of India them self agree to these illicit ways, it infacs paves a way for them to do the same n earn.
We feel relived by knowing about some other persons corrupt ways, we use him as our reason to do the same,, how very funny, i am corrupt b'coz my neighbor is corrupt.
To be away from such place is the best thing,, it is for teh people of India to change or else the cycle of nature will do the cleaning and i believe that cleansing operation will b much more painful.
